This support page is the official public support destination for SelWorks products distributed through Windows or the Microsoft Store. For Windows installation, update, sign-in, purchase, or store-listing issues, use the support email above and include your Windows edition and version, device model, app version, and any error message.
Before contacting support

Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases made through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s billing, refund, and account-management rules. Subscription changes normally must be completed through the store account used for purchase.
