Terms of Use
Rules and conditions that apply when using SelWorks Technologies websites and products.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use are between you and SelWorks Technologies LLC (referred to in these Terms as “SelWorks Technologies,” “SelWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or a SelWorks product, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented within the applicable service. Do not use a service if you do not agree.
2. Responsible use
You may not use SelWorks products to violate the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with service operation, bypass safeguards, impersonate others, exploit minors, facilitate fraud, or create or distribute unlawful or seriously harmful material.
3. Blessed Bond child safety
Blessed Bond is for adults age 18 and older. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking or solicitation involving minors, and any conduct that endangers a child are strictly prohibited. Review the Blessed Bond Child Safety Standards.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account, for protecting your sign-in credentials, and for activity conducted through your account. Notify the relevant product support channel if you believe an account has been compromised.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, included features, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation methods are shown at purchase. Store-based purchases are governed by the billing rules of Apple, Google, Amazon, or the applicable marketplace. Except where required by law or marketplace policy, fees already charged may be nonrefundable.
6. AI-generated content
AI output may contain mistakes, omissions, or unexpected material. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, sharing, or acting on it. SelWorks products are not a substitute for qualified professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes matters.
7. Intellectual property
SelWorks Technologies LLC and its licensors retain rights in product names, software, designs, logos, website content, books, music, and other protected materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SelWorks intellectual property.
8. Availability and changes
Services may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features may vary by platform, region, account, subscription, or technical availability. SelWorks does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. SelWorks Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of a service, subject to applicable law.
10. Enforcement
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, SelWorks Technologies LLC, service providers, or the integrity of a product.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be revised as products and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
